Bureau Veritas in Morocco and the CGEM launch the Tamyiz label

Bureau Veritas assisted the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises' (CGEM) Federation of Commerce and Services in developing the Tamyiz label to assist companies and organizations of all sizes and sectors in structuring and improving customer relationship.

Our Moroccan teams conducted various audits in order to define the evaluation criteria for the attribution of this distinction during the development of this one. Four major issues are addressed by the TAMYIZ by FCS-CGEM label:

  • Valuing companies and organizations that put the customer at the center of their concerns by developing distinctive customer experiences; 
  • Provide a roadmap for businesses and organisations to improve their customer relationships by making clear and measurable commitments;
  • Allow beneficiary companies to take a customer-centric approach to progress by identifying distinguishing characteristics;
  • Assist businesses and organisations in boosting customer confidence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Companies that have received the TAMYIZ label may apply for renewal at the end of each period. In order to do so, a follow-up evaluation must be carried out 18 months after the date of obtaining the label.
