Bureau Veritas in Morocco accredited

by the GCME

May. 26 2021

GCME accredits Bureau Veritas for the evaluation of companies applying for the CSR Label.

The General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (GCME) has accredited third-party experts to evaluate companies applying for the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) label. Bureau Veritas is one of the firms selected.

The accreditation of organizations is part of the multi-stakeholder process established by the Confederation for the award of the CSR Label. Accredited organizations sign an accreditation contract with the GCME based on precise specifications. They assess the compliance of companies applying for the CSR Label in relation to the Confederation's CSR Charter, which is the reference for the awarding of the label, and improve the company's performance based on the identification of areas for progress and recommendations.

The GCME's CSR labeling process is recognized for its rigor and credibility. The Confederation's initiative to promote CSR has been hailed internationally and has been adopted by foreign employers' confederations.
