Strengthening "rational fertilization" in Morocco - AgriEdge and Labomag are mobilizing
Nov. 11 2022
Agriedge and Labomag join forces for a partnership on solutions for the optimization and digitalization of soil structures and fertilizing food supplies for crops in Morocco
Labomag (agro-food analysis laboratory By Bureau Veritas), represented by Mr Laurent Delangle in his capacity as Managing Director, Mr El Habti Hicham, President of UM6P and Mr Faissal Sehbaoui Managing Director of Agriedge, member of UMP6, underlined the common desire and ambition to strengthen the productivity and sustainability of agriculture in Africa and more particularly in Morocco through innovation and digitalization.
Our laboratory has specialized in agronomic analyzes for more than 40 years. They offer their customers the opportunity to measure the heterogeneity of their plots to improve the profitability of their agricultural areas. They are equipped with towed scanners that simultaneously and continuously measure several criteria, guaranteeing a complete and precise diagnosis of the plots.
This technology complements the expertise of Agriedge, which uses satellite data and cutting-edge technologies to optimize fertilizer inputs, improve yields and reduce operational costs for players in the agricultural sector in Africa. The commitment of both parties will help actors in the agricultural sector to improve their performance by optimizing production costs.
